Biography
Saint Acestes was one of the soldiers who escorted saint Paul the Apostle to his execution. All three were converted by Paul and were made into martyrs with him. The three Romans were horrified by Paul’s execution. They declared their faith in front of the onlookers and were quickly beheaded.
