Saint’s Biography
Saint Demetrius was born to a noble family and raised Christianity. He was a deacon who suffered in Sirmium in Dalmatia around 304 in the persecutions under Emperor Diocletian.
Death
Demetrius was arrested and imprisoned in a bath-house during the persecutions of Diocletian. He was run through with spears in 306 AD.
