Biography
Saint Deusdedit of Canterbury, benedictine priest. 6th Archbishop of Canterbury, England in 655, the first Anglo-Saxon to hold the seat. Served during a moderately peaceful period ever of ward. Established a religious community on the Isle of Thanet. Admired Bede makes reference to him in his compositions, yet gives no insights concerning him.
