Biography

St. Dionysius of Augsburg was the Uncle of Saint Afra of Augsburg. He was the first Bishop of Augsburg in Germany. Dionysius was baptized into the faith and later consecrated as Bishop by Saint Narcissus of Gerona. He was later killed during the persecutions of Diocletian.
