Saint Gulstan Biography
Saint Gulstan was also known as Constans. He was a sailor and also a hermit.
He later served as a Benedictine monk and an abbot at the abbey of St Gildas of Rhuys, Brittany, France. Hermit on the Hoëdic Island in Brittany.
