Saint’s Biography
Saint Marcian of Auxerre was Monk in the monastery of Saints Cosmas and Saints Damian in Auxerre, France. He was a wonderful servant who had full faith in the wild animals nearby. There is an annual pilgrimage with the blessing of animals in the church dedicated to him in Mezilles, France.
