St Anianus of Wilparting was also known as Anianus of Irschenberg or Aniano. He was the nephew of St Anianus of Wilparting and a travelling missionary deacon.

He died as a martyr in 697 AD at Mount Irschenberg, Bavaria, Germany.

St Marinus of Wilparting was also known as Marianus of Irschenberg or Mariano. He was the uncle of Anianus of Wilparting and a travelling missionary bishop.

He died as a martyr in 697 AD at Mount Irschenberg, Bavaria, Germany.

Blessed Caius of Korea

Blessed Caius of Korea was also known as Caio and was born in Korea in 1571 AD. He was a layman catechist in the Archdiocese of Nagasaki, Japan.

Caius was accepted into the Jesuits but was executed before the notice reached him. He was burned alive on November 15 1624 in Nagasaki, Japan, and died as a Martyr.

He was beatified on May 7 1867 by Pope Pius IX.

Blessed Miguel Díaz Sánchez

Blessed Miguel Díaz Sánchez was born on July 30 1879 in Caudete, Orihuela, Spain. He was a priest in the diocese of Albacete, Spain.

He was martyred in the Spanish Civil War and died on November 15 1936 in Almansa, Albacete, Spain. He was beatified on October 28 2007 by Pope Benedict XVI.
