Saint’s Biography
Saint Mary of Cleophas was Wife of Cleopa and a relative of blessed Mary. Mary was the mother of Saint James the Lesser, who was later bishop of Jerusalem. She was there when Jesus Christ was crucified and witnessing his burial.
Mary went with the other women to the tomb and saw the resurrection of Jesus.
