Saint Andronicus was a Roman soldier who was born in 239 AD at Claudiopolis, Isauria, Ephesus. After he converted to Christianity, he was arrested, tortured and mauled by animals in the arena. When he did not die, he was stabbed to death by Roman soldiers at Tarsus during the persecutions of Diocletian and Maximian in 304 AD.
Saint Ethelburgh of Barking

She was a spiritual student of Saint Hildelith of Barking and the first abbess of Barking Abbey in Essex, England. She died in 675 AD.

St Placidia was a nun who was venerated at Verona, Italy where she lived. She was also known for her sanctity. She was most of the time mistakenly identified as Emperor Valentinian III’s daughter. She died in 460 AD.
