Saint Emilas of Cordoba
St Emilas of Cordoba was also known as Emile. He was a deacon. He was a friend of Saint Jeremias who was his fellow student at Cordova, Spain during a time when the Moorish controlled the city.
These two friends were very open about their Christianity which led to their martyrdom in 852 AD by beheading in Cordova, Spain during the persecutions of Caliph Abderrahman.

Saint Valerian of Tournus
St Valerian of Tournus was a companion of Saint Photinus of Lyon. He was arrested for his evangelism work but escaped prison and went to Tournus in eastern France.
He resumed his preaching but was later rearrested. In 178 AD, he was beheaded and died as a martyr in Tournus, France.
Saint Porphyrius the Martyr
St Porphyrius the Martyr was an actor who was martyred in 362 AD while performing in a play that mocked baptism.
During the play, he suddenly declared himself a Christian, but Julian the Apostate who was in the audience was not amused. He ordered Porphyrius to be killed on the spot.
Saint Albinus of Lyon
St Albinus of Lyon was also known as Aubin of Lyon or Alpin of Lyon. From 381 AD to 390 AD, he was the Bishop of Lyon, France where he built the Saint Stephen Cathedral.
In 390 AD, he died and was buried in Lyon, France.
Saint Hernan
St Hernan was also known as Heman. He was born in the 6th century in Britain. He fled to Brittany, France from Britain to escape the Anglo-Saxon invasion.
He became a hermit at Loc-Harn, which was named after him and he became the patron saint of Loc-Harn, Brittany, France.
Saint Bond of Sens
St Bond of Sens was also known as Baldo or Baldus. He was born in Spain. He was a convert and a spiritual student of Saint Artemius of Sens.
He became a hermit in Sens, France, and died in the 7th century AD.
Saint Ribert
St Ribert was a monk and an abbot of Saint-Valèry-sur-Somme, France. Word has it that he may have been a bishop in the Normandy and Picardy areas of modern France. He died in the 7th century AD.
Saint Joseph Abibos
St Joseph Abibos was born in Syria and was a Disciple of Saint John Zedazneli. He became the abbot of Alavendi, Georgia. He died in 590 AD.
Saint Vitus of Bergamo
St Vitus of Bergamo was a Benedictine monk near Bergamo, Italy. He was a spiritual student of Saint Albert. He died in 1095 AD.
Saint Ritbert of Varennes
St Ritbert of Varennes was a monk and then abbot of a monastery in Varennes, France. He died in 690 AD.
Saint Eutropia of Auvergne
St Eutropia of Auvergne was a widow in the 5th century in Auvergne, France, who was considered very holy.
Martyrs of Adrianopolis
The Martyrs of Adrianopolis are the three Christian men, who in 310 AD, were martyred together in Adrianopolis (Adrianople), Bulgaria during the persecutions of Maximian

Mercedarian Martyrs of Morocco
The Mercedarian Martyrs of Morocco are a group of six Mercedarians who were captured near Valencia, Spain by Moors and taken to Morocco.
They were enslaved but ultimately refused to stop preaching Christianity. In 1437 AD, they were crucified and died as martyrs.
