St Plautilla of Rome was a widow and Mother of Flavia Domitilla of Terracina. She was born in the 1st century AD in Rome, Italy and died in 67 AD. She was baptized by St Peter the Apostle, and also witnessed the martyrdom of Saint Paul the Apostle. We celebrate her feast day on May 20 every year in the Catholic Church.

Saint Plautilla of Rome was married to a former imperial proconsul. She was the mother of Saint Flavia Domitilla of Terracina.
