St. Tressan of Mareuil Biography
St. Tressan of Mareuil was among the siblings who evangelized the sixth century Rheims, France. The names of the others are given as Helan, Germanus, Petran, Promptia, Franca, and Possenna.
He was ordained priest by Saint Remigius who assisted in their work. Later he became the curate of Mareuil-sur-Marne. His cultus has survived for over 1000 years.
