Perrine-Charlotte Phelippeaux épouse Sailland d’Epinatz was born in Saint-Nicolas de Saumur, Maine-et-Loire, France on 13 May 1740. She got married and then worked at the diocese of Angers, France as a laywoman. Later, she was martyred among other forty-six martyrs in Avrillé, Maine-et-Loire, France on 1 February 1794.
