St. Agigulf Biography
St. Agigulfwas educated at the Benedictine Monastery at Belgium where he later became a monk and an abbot too. He also served as the Bishop of Cologne, Germany in 745 AD.
Was noted for his preaching. When the King was dying, He warned against naming Martel as the new king. However, when Martel became the king, he had Agigulf killed.
