St. Alfric of Canterbury Biography
St. Alfric of Canterbury was also known as Alfrick. He was a Benedictine monk of Abingdon Abbey in England. He later served as an abbot of Abingdon. Bishop of Wilton, England and later transferred to serve as an archbishop in Canterbury, England in 995.
