Saint’s Biography
Saint Arnold of Hiltensweiler was a married layman, Soldier, and a Knight who fought in the First Crusade. He founded a monastery at Langnan, Germany 1122 AD. St. Arnold died in 1127 and buried in the Chapel of Saint Arnold in the parish church in Hiltensweiler, Germany. During construction in 1886, his relics were unearthed and moved to a wall niche reliquary.
