St Guibertus of Gorze, also known as Guibertus of Gembloux, or Guibert, was a Benedictine monk at Gorze Abbey near Metz, France. He was born in the 9th century AD in the Lorraine region of France and died in 962 AD at Gorze Abbey in France. We celebrate his feast day on May 23 every year in the Catholic Church.
