St. Ia Biography
St. Ia is also known as Hia or Ives. She was the sister to saint Ercus. Ia was a spiritual student of Saint Baricus and a missionary to Cornwall. It is said that she sailed across the Irish sea on a leaf in order to see Cornwall.
