Saint Biography
Isidore of St Joseph was the Oldest of three children born to a pious farm family and loved working the fields.
A Passionist lay brother, entering the congregation in 1906 and making his vows on 13 September 1908, taking the name Isidore of Saint Joseph. Known for intense prayer life, and for his personal simplicity and charity. He Lost his right eye to cancer in 1911 and suffered through cancer during his few remaining years.
