Biography
Saint Marciana of Caesarea, Making individual vows, she resigned to the city of Caesarea, Mauritania (in present day Algeria) to live as a contrite hermitess. Detained, tormented, compromised with assault, and in the end executed for declining to love of statue of the agnostic goddess Diana during the abuses of Diocletian. A martyr.
