Blessed Miguel Agustín Pro also known as José Ramón Miguel Agustín Pro Juárez was a Jesuit Catholic Priest who was executed after he was falsely charged for bombing and attempted assassination of former Mexican President Álvaro Obregón.

Blessed Miguel Agustin Pro Biography
Bl. Miguel Agustin Pro was a Child of a mining engineer. From youth, he was known for uplifted spirits and brightness, and he experienced childhood in a devout home. Destined to benefit, he had an incredible fondness for poor people and common labourers. A casualty of repeating stomach issue. Jesuit tenderfoot at 20. Banished during the Mexican Revolution, he proceeded with his examinations abroad.
Appointed in Belgium in 1925 at age 36, he came back to Mexico in 1926, when holy places were shut, clerics were secluded from everything, and mistreatment of the Church was government strategy. Father Miguel utilized masks to lead an underground service, bringing the solace of philanthropy and the holy observances to the incognito dedicated.
Dishonestly blamed in 1927 for a bombarding endeavour, Pro turned into a needed man, was sold out to the police, and without preliminary, he was condemned to death. The photo on this page was taken the day of his affliction. As he was going to be shot, he excused his killers, denied a blindfold, and kicked the bucket yelling “Long live Christ the King!” The administration precluded an open burial service, however, the dependable lined the boulevards when his body passed.
